SHIPPING:
Shipments are sent through USPS Priority Mail and usually Arrives within 1 to 3 days from the date you place your order for delivery within the US. Please allow up to 5 extra days for delivery time for any back orders.
We do not replace shipments that let lost in the mail, so if you would like to add insurance on your package, you can select the models with the insurance option, or contact us via phone to place your order.
WARRANTY:
All FOMOstream® Android TV Box HD Streaming Players carry a 1-year limited warranty. If your box has any operational issues, please first upgrade your firmware to the latest version and then try resetting your box back to the factory settings.
If neither of these have returned your box to normal operations, please mail your box to our repair center hub located at:

Please send us just your box using a USPS Small Flat Rate Box. Include a note for us indicating when and where you purchased the unit, the exact problem you are having and either return postage for a small flat rate box, or *$9 and your mailing address in order for us to ship the unit back to you. (If you would like us to insure the shipment, please include enough for insurance). If you own the Fs1plus you will need to use a USPS Medium Flat Rate Box and the return shipping cost will be *$15. If you include your email address, we will email you with a return tracking number once the repair or replacement has been sent.

SUPPORT:
‘FULLY-SETUP’ UNITS W/ TECH SUPPORT:
If you purchased our FOMOstream® Tech Support plan, you will also receive 1 year of FOMOstream® Help and Support which includes help with Add-ons. Supported Customers will get up to 45mins of support of the first phone call. Support questions and requests following may be limited to 20 mins per day, 45 mins per week, and or 12 hours total per year. ( there should be no reason to need that much help or support ). Each support plan is assigned to 1 person and cannot be gifted to another person after the main point of contact person has been established through first support phone call.
RETURNS:
For a full refund, your item must be returned in its original unused condition.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receipt of return product.

Fully Setup and Supported units cannot be returned for any reason because these units have been used. We do not, and will not, sell previously used or refurbished FOMOstream® Android TV Boxes.
