Customers may need some troubleshooting assistance from time to time to optimize user experience and minimize unnecessary frustration.  Phone Support is strongly encouraged because it’s the ONLY way we can ensure you get the most out of your purchase.

This Phone Support Service comes w/ 45 mins of education and or troubleshooting on your first call, then may be limited to 20 mins per week after.  Our supported customers have the privilege of experimenting with their setup / settings with little concern because they can depend on the security of knowing that we’re here to help bail them out of any issue.

When you order tech support with your order, we will also set your box up for you so that it arrives ready to plug and play!
