WARRANTY
All FOMOstream® Android TV Boxes carry a 1 year limited warranty. We stand by our product and want you to get the most out of it.
RETURNS
Cancellations & Refunds:
- Orders That Have Not Shipped:
All orders cancelled before the order has shipped will not be subject to any cancellation or restocking fee.
- Orders That Have Shipped:
Any orders that have already shipped can be returned for a full product refund, minus the non-refundable shipping charges. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the products within 14 days from the date of shipment.
For a full refund, your item must be returned in its original unused condition.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receipt of return product.
- Opened Product Returns:
Opened products must be returned within 14 days from the date of shipment and will be refunded minus a $50 or 20% restocking fee, whichever is less. Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.

- Orders Past 14 Days:
Items past 14 days can only be returned for store credit, minus the applicable $50 or 20% restocking fee, and must be returned unopened and unused within 30 days of shipment.
Returns will only be available for those items purchased directly from FOMOstream.com. Any units purchased from another source should contact the seller directly.
NO REFUNDS ON FULLY SETUP UNITS W/ PHONE SUPPORT
All our units come Fully Loaded, but units that we have Fully Setup w/ Tech Support are NOT REFUNDABLE for any reason. This is because Fully Setup units have been thoroughly tested in the office here before we even ship out, and the support can help you resolve any problem with your FOMOstream® unit.
